The Literature Suite This is a one bedroom apartment for only $75 per night! The Literature themed suite has a private bedroom with two Double Beds. The Living Room has a fold out couch. There is a Library/Dining Room, Full Kitchen with a stove & refridgerator. Private Bath & Shower. Microwave, Iron & board. Cable TV. DVD library & player. Can sleep one to six people! $75 for 1-2 people,
$85 for 3-4 & $95 for 5-6 people(remember only one bathroom!)
The Travel & Geography Suite This is a one bedroom apartment for only $75 for 1-2 people per night! Private bedroom with a full size Bed. Nicely furnished Living Room. There is a kichenette with microwave & refridgerator. Private Bath & Shower. Cable TV.
The Romantic Literature Room This studio room is only $60 per night for 1-2 people! The Romantic literature themed room has one Queen size bed, cable tv, a stovetop oven, refrigerator, and private bathroom with shower.
The History, The Biography and The Mystery Rooms These studio rooms are only $50 per night for 1-2 people. These library themed rooms have two double beds, cable tv, microwave, refrigerator, and private bathroom with shower.
CANCELLATION POLICY: DURING RACE SEASON THROUGH APRIL 10 2010 ALL ROOMS ARE CHARGED AT TIME OF BOOKING . THE REST OF THE YEAR: CANCELLATIONS WITH 7 DAYS NOTICE ARE NOT CHARGED, 3-6 DAYS NOTICE CHARGED FOR 1st NIGHT. CHARGE FOR ENTIRE STAY 72 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

are all new rooms to be available as of April 1, 2010. These rooms and their book libraries are all in different stages of development. All rooms have one full bed, cable tv, mini-fridge, microwave, private bath, private entrance and free parking in front of room.The rooms are currently $35 Sunday-Thurs and $50 Fri-Sat . The following dates the rooms are priced as follows: $75 April 1,4,5,6,7,8, and 11th. $100 April 2nd & 3rd and $125 April 9th & 10th.
